Honestly you would be at a disadvantage if you called any other plumbing company. Mike is top notch. Tyler is great. Owners are incredibly reasonable and responsive. There is a reason they have 1,000 5 star reviews. I will be working with Trident for any plumbing needs moving forward.

Jared came out from Trident and was very knowledgeable, gave me some tips to keep up with my garbage disposal and toilets. Reasonably priced. Free estimate and service same day. I highly recommend them!

I’m extremely grateful for Trident’s Plumbing help with my clogged toilet issue. CJ was super kind and able to clear the clog quickly. It was a gross job but he remained professional which made me feel comfortable and less embarrassed. They got to my house within 2 hours which was an awesome response time. The few other plumbing companies I called didn’t have any room in their schedules to help.
Also, before CJ arrived I received a text with his photo and a short bio on him. I thought that was unique and professional and another aspect that made me feel more comfortable.

Responsive and timely in making and holding to service appointment. Explained the scope of the work and the length of time it would take as well as the precise cost. (The work involved flushing a 20-year plus hot water tank.)The work was performed effectively and efficiently as foretold. Advice was given on future care and maintenance as well as options should the water tank develop problems, as might be expected with a unit of its age. I found this company reliable and trustworthy.
