Our bathroom plumbing ranges from repairing toilets and leaky faucets to helping with full bathroom upgrades. Kitchen plumbing covers sink replacement, garbage disposals and under-sink repairs. Fixture installation and repair handles everything from replacing outdated fixtures to fixing ongoing leaks.

Don't let slow drains or backups turn into bigger problems: our team clears clogs and repairs lines, and hydro jetting can clear grease, roots and buildup. Sewer services include line inspections, cleaning and repairs. Piping and repiping help update aging systems and can improve water pressure, and slab leak repair uses detection to locate leaks with the aim of limiting the impact on your foundation and flooring.

Water treatment

Water filtration services

We help homeowners in Wittmann improve their household water with filtration solutions tailored to their water supply and lifestyle. A reverse osmosis system, installed and maintained by our technicians, provides clean, filtered drinking water on demand.

Hard water can shorten the life of your appliances and fixtures, and our water softeners help reduce scale and protect your plumbing system. Carbon filtration systems reduce unwanted contaminants while improving your water's overall taste, smell and clarity.

Hot water

Water heater services

We provide efficient, straightforward water heater services so you can enjoy the comfort of reliable hot water. If your water heater isn't performing like it should, our team will troubleshoot the problem and explain the repair options.

We install and service tankless water heaters that offer on-demand hot water and improved energy efficiency in compact units. Conventional tank, hybrid and Marathon water heaters are also part of our work, so the discussion can cover the unit you have or the one you are considering.

Where water comes from

A water company account or a private well

Maricopa County's White Tank Grand Avenue Area Plan, adopted in December 2023, lists Wittmann, Circle City and Morristown as unincorporated communities along US 60, and the County does not operate water or sewer systems of its own. The plan says most water service in its planning area sits inside Loop 303 or east of the White Tank Mountains, and that beyond those areas it reaches only isolated locations along US 60. Where no provider reaches, private wells and septic systems are common.

Water companies provide some of that service. The City of Surprise names Chaparral Water Company and West End Water Company among the water providers in its planning areas, and U.S. EPA drinking water records list both as community water systems that draw groundwater. If you pay a water bill, the name on it is your provider, and its annual water quality report is the one to read. If you don't, ask whether the home draws from a private or shared well.

Private well owners

Testing and permits for well water

Private well water is the owner's to check. Maricopa County's drinking water program says owners of domestic wells can contract with private companies for independent testing, and it points to the Arizona Department of Health Services list of certified drinking water laboratories. It also refers owners to the EPA's private drinking water wells page. Once you have results, we can talk through whether a softener, carbon filtration or reverse osmosis fits what the lab found.

A new well can involve the County too. Its Environmental Services FAQ says a private well Notice of Intent application, for properties up to five acres, can be filed at the same time as a septic permit; after a site inspection, the County forwards the paperwork to the Arizona Department of Water Resources. The well pump, pressure tank and supply line then become part of how water reaches your fixtures, so mention them when you call.

Septic upkeep

Keep a septic system working longer

The County's septic guidance is direct: most system failures trace back to inappropriate design and poor maintenance. To help a system last, it says to pump the tank every three to five years, keep unapproved products out and clean the effluent filter inside the tank every six to twelve months. Its list of things to keep out of drains includes fat, grease and oil, coffee grounds, paper towels, disposable diapers and kitty litter.

If you don't know where your tank and field are, the County's online septic search looks up available records at no charge. Slow drains all over the house can point to the tank or field rather than a single clogged pipe, so tell us the home is on septic when you call. From the fixtures to the line leaving the foundation, our team can clear and repair the drains inside the house.

They came out quickly, did camera work, and took the time to thoroughly track down the issue instead of rushing. Turns out we had roots breaking a pipe under our tub.

Questions about
plumbing.

Questions about plumbing services in Wittmann? Start here, or tell us what is happening at your home.

Ask our team
Do you provide plumbing services for both homes and commercial properties in Wittmann?

Yes. We serve both residential and commercial clients. Whether it's a small home repair or a large-scale plumbing project for your business, our team can assess the work and explain the options.

What should I do if I suspect a slab leak?

If you notice warm spots on your floor, unexplained water bills, or the sound of running water when everything's off, you may have a slab leak. Contact us; we use leak detection equipment to pinpoint the issue and discuss the repair.

How often should I schedule plumbing maintenance?

We recommend having your plumbing inspected once a year. Routine maintenance helps prevent unexpected breakdowns, improves system efficiency and helps catch potential problems early.

Can you install a tankless water heater in my home?

Yes. Tankless systems are an option for homeowners looking for energy efficiency and on-demand hot water. We handle installation, repairs and routine servicing.

Is there city water out here?

The community is unincorporated, so it has no city utility of its own, and Maricopa County does not run water or sewer systems. Homes rely on local water systems or private wells. The name on your water bill, or the lack of one, tells you which applies.

How do I get my well water tested?

The County says domestic well owners can hire a private company for independent testing. Choose a lab on the Arizona Department of Health Services list of certified drinking water labs, then bring the results to us if you want to compare treatment options.

How often should a septic tank be pumped?

Maricopa County recommends pumping every three to five years and cleaning the tank's effluent filter every six to twelve months. Keeping grease, coffee grounds and paper towels out of the drains helps too.

Where can I find records for my septic system?

Start with the County's online septic search, which looks up available records at no charge. If that turns up nothing, the County also takes records-search requests, and fees may apply.
